Dr Ghoniem Abdelazim, an Egyptian Scientific researcher in computer science, has changed the technology culture in the Egyptian community, in cooperation with domains researchers.

 Dr Ghoniem has been on his career path since 1998, as a software engineer, and by 2005, he acted as EPG head, and was nominated to lead the organization to a CMMI process-oriented culture.

By 2009, he had been certified in agile, and led the customization for existing CMMI culture in different enterprises, acting the role of engineering process group head for multiple large-scale enterprises.

During his previous experience, he was focused on changing the software organization's cultures, processes, and mindsets, which were incorrectly formed in the academic and practical life for most of the organization's candidates.

 During the Master's and Doctorate, He has the opportunity to go in-depth into the digital transformation ERA to support organizations with acceleration strategies to cope with market dynamics, in web and mobile solutions, with the application of AI approaches, for mega and governmental solutions in different sectors.

In addition, He has the opportunity to support multiple organizations to build their digital innovation culture during the new innovative model INNOVA, which was invented by him during his PhD, based on SCAMPER, TRIZ, and CORT models. 

By 2020, He was selected by NASA Space Apps as a judge for their worldwide competition. 

By 2021, He was selected by NASA Space Apps as a speaker and judge for their worldwide competition. 

Recently, he is leading the AI-Driven digital transformation for mission-critical government sectors in order to improve citizen happiness using modern AI approaches.
